The read

• Snacks finally designed rather than defaulted: popcorn, protein Babybel and a protein pudding, all portion-controlled by their own packaging. The popcorn is the thing Harry asked for on 14 Sep after the cinema and never got bought
• 5 kg of 5% mince and 108 eggs means the protein spine is set for a fortnight with no decisions to make at one o'clock
• Every drink is zero sugar, and 18 caffeine-free colas cover the evenings
• Three bonus cheques and free delivery took 169 kr off
• 3,259 kr against September's 2,483. Two egg lines for the experiment, 10 packs of mince rather than none, and a fortnight where more had run out. Watch whether the next one comes back down
• Two Eldorado lines were out of stock and correctly dropped rather than substituted: frozen bärmix 1kg and frozen blueberries 450g. The blueberry line has now failed twice, stop ordering it
• No frozen broccoli or spinach this time. Harry marked them plenty on the stock check, so check that held

9/10. The strongest basket yet on protein and the first one where the snacks were chosen rather than defaulted. Built from the /shop stock check plus the saved Hemköp list, which is the method to keep.

• Vitamin D3take

Not reordered. 90 tablets from 14 Sep, one a day, lasts to mid-December. Essential now the Swedish sun is gone.

• Multivitamintake

Not reordered. 120 tablets from 14 Sep. Insurance on a narrow diet.

• Omega-3food first

Three mackerel packs and three sardine tins in this basket. No capsules needed.

• Protein powderskip

5 kg of mince, 108 eggs and the cold cuts already put him near 170 g a day. Powder would be solving a problem he does not have.

Verdicts update with each basket read. Sanity-check doses at Apoteket — especially alongside the BP watch. This is basket-reading, not medical advice.

Fed by Hemköp order emails — the big shop lands roughly twice a month, and each one gets read when it arrives. Receipts show what enters the house, not what gets eaten: this is the ambush detector, not a calorie count.
